Job Description

Established organization is seeking an HR Office Assistant to help on a temporary basis in the greater Pasadena, CA area. Pay ranges from $22-26/hr. DOE.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation

Maintain accurate employee records and HR files

Schedule interviews, meetings, and trainings

Support payroll, benefits, and HR reporting as needed

Respond to employee inquiries and route requests appropriately

Perform general office and administrative duties

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)

1-2 years of administrative or HR-related experience preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
